Open Darkroom

Click on “Setup” tab at the bottom of the screen.

On the left side of the screen select “Products & Service,” then click Package Groups.

1) Click on “New Group” (left hand side)
2) A dialog box will open, Name the group “Print Now” (or whatever you want) click “OK.”
3) Select “Print Now.” underneath Print Now will be Package 1, double click on Package 1.
4) A dialog box will open. Rename the package “4×6.” Place a check mark in the “Quick Print” box, click O.K. A Warring will pop up this package does not have a cost. Click O.K.
5) Click on “Add local print item.” Select 4×6, click O.K. Make sure the quantity is set to 1.
6) Click on “Print Now,” click on “add package
7) A dialog box will open. Rename the package “5×7.” Place a check mark in the “Quick Print” box, click O.K. A Warring will pop up this package does not have a cost. Click O.K.
8) Click on “Add local print item. Select 5×7 click O.K. Make sure the quantity is set to 1
9) Repeat as necessary for all the prints you wish to produce, 6×8, 8×10, etc.
10) Click on “Print Now,” click on “set default” (left hand side of screen)
11) The first print in the package will be the #1 hot key and the second package will be the number 2 hot key, the third package will be the number 3 key, and so on. In this case the 4×6 is the number 1 key and the 5×7 is the number 2 key. You can change the order by selecting the Move Package Up or Move Package Down button.

Click on the “photoworkshop” tab
Select a picture. Click on the #1 key, a dialog box will pop up. The next number you select will be the quantity of prints to be made. If you press the number “2” key on the keyboard or click 2 on the computer screen – two prints will be made. If you press the #1 key, one print will be made.

Please note – the dialog box will pop up, but the printer must be connected, turned on, enabled, and have the correct size of media installed in order for a print to be made.
