Can fotoShout be used with a photo-booth?
Yes – fotoShout works with photo-booths. You may print images before or after data collection.
For photo-booth setup, review User Guide #10 “How to Import Images Into fotoShout”. Starting on Page 4.
Before Event (at your office/studio/home/or by tablet)
1) Setup event on the fotoShout portal
2) Turn on event Computer so automatic setup takes place
During Event
Guests enter a photo booth, have their images taken. As they step out of the photo booth, fotoShout™ is used to collect at least the basics; e-mail address, guests names, permission to publish, and signature. (we prefer not to print the photo booth images until after data has been collected)
fotoShout™ sends the guests an e-mail which should include your contact information, company services, and where additional images may be purchased. The e-mail contains a link to their image, which were published to the social media, and web sites you selected.
Publishing to the internet is an automated function by fotoShout™ that occurs when an internet connection becomes available. fotoShout™ does not need a live internet connection to function & collect data at an the event.
At the conclusion of the event download all data collected, including e-mail addresses with permission to contact are viewable and downloadable as an Excel file, for use by you and/or your client.
All metrics are available on the fotoShout portal.
