Before Event (at office/studio/etc.)

1) Setup event on the fotoShout portal
2) Turn on event Computer so automatic setup takes place

During Event

The photographer photographs the guest dining together. The images are transferred to the computer. Branding is added, a print is created, placed into a frame, a digital image is transferred to fotoShout.

The print is distributed to the guests (complimentary or for a fee). Guests data is collected through fotoShout. Guest receive a customized e-mail from restaurant, usually with a thank you, discount coupon, and a link to their image at the restaurants social media sites.

fotoShout drives guests and additional friends & family to the restaurants social media and web sites. Increasing the restaurants brand, reach and engagement.

Photographer (fotoShout account holder) gives the Restaurant an excel file of all data collected including e-mail addresses. Restaurants may use all collected data to contact guests (with signed permission) informing them of special events, discounts, etc.

All metrics from the event are available on the fotoShout portal.
