2) Windows Defender must be “Off” or permission to allow fotoShout through Windows Defender has been granted. Same applies for 3rd Party security software.

3) Laptop and iPad must be logged into the same router. – If connected to a router through the laptops Ethernet connection – Ethernet connection must have priority, or laptops wireless connection must be turned off. –

Ethernet cable must be plugged into routers ‘LAN” port, NOT the “WAN” port. – Do not connect laptops wireless connection to the same router that Laptops Ethernet cable is plugged into.
