Before Event (at office/studio/etc.)

1) Setup event on the fotoShout portal
2) Turn on event Computer so automatic setup takes place

During Event

Guests enter the wedding reception, have their images taken while waiting for the bride & groom to arrive. The digital image file is automatically transferred to the event computer by Wi-Fi, or by tether (card will work, but is a slower process). Your event software automatically places a border around your image, transfers the image to “fotoShout” on the iPad. (If you so choose you may also make a print at this time.) The border should contain the image file number, studio name with contact information, appropriate information to order additional prints; portrait and wedding.

After the guests have their image taken, fotoShout™ is used to collect at least the basics information; guests name, e-mail address, permission to publish, and signature.

fotoShout™ automatically send the guests an e-mail which includes photography studio contact information, where ALL the wedding images can be viewed and purchased. The e-mail also contains a link to their image taken at the reception, which was published to the social media, and web sites you selected.

The key is to drive the guests to the photography studios sites, to view your images, to increase your reach, to enhance your brand. When guests share their images, friends, and family are driven back to your studio’s site, not to the guest’s social media sites.

In the weeks/months following the wedding contact the guests. They know who you are, they’re not just reading about your services, they experienced your services, they watched you work, they were observing as you photographed their family at the reception, interacted with the bride, groom, bridal party, friends and family throughout the entire wedding. They’re already sold! You just need to provide the guests the ability to view, and purchase your images and services.
